President's Photographer

this movie opened my eyes to the enormous task of documenting the current President's administration's legacy. Keeping up with the most powerful and busiest man on earth, that means the photographer is just as busy. it made me strive to be a better photographer in my professional career because you never know where you might end up. i don't understand how he has time for anything at all. he's really dedicated and that inspires me.

My First HDR Image

this is my first time to dabble with HDR image processing, so these aren't great. but once i get more in to it, expect to see some crazy good images. for now, these two will suffice. they aren't exactly award winning images or mean anything, just the only cool places in school to take an HDR photo.

Building of the Bonfire

Each year we have a bonfire the night before Homecoming and/or playoff season. This year was for playoffs because Homecoming was too wet.

Tears And Rain

This doesn't really need a description... it's just so sad. We lost our playoff game to John Tyler, after a close game where victory seemed within our grasp.
Unfortunately they barely won, and I'll never attend a Texas High football game ever again as a high school student.

here are some images from that night...

JV Football

This is our JV football team. I used a 120-300 mm lens at f/2.8 and a shutter speed averaging about 1/500 second. these are great for my first game of the year.
